Small Groups

Feel like you’re missing out on real friendship?  By simply doing life together, friendships are formed which result in support, accountability and encouragement to live a more Godly life – like the one we were created to live.

We believe that real life change and connection happens best in the context of a small group. Here are ways to get connected and develop new friendships in a large church like BEACH:

1

Join a Small Group.

Small groups are where you can connect with a few other people, meeting on a regular, on-going basis.   This could be a designated small group, or a support group where you discover safe community and healing. Groups are the places to develop friendships & explore deeper spiritual growth.

Small groups at BEACH are designed to provide an environment in which you can gather with a few other people in order to grow together in your faith journey. Resources and leader training are provided.

The goal of small groups is for people to have:

  • Intimacy with God
  • Fellowship with one another
  • Opportunities to reach beyond ourselves

How do I join a group? Contact Cris Garrard or Mandi Miller to help you through that process.

2

Come to “Dinner at BEACH” on Wednesday Nights.

Want to meet some more folks before you join a group?  Here’s a great way.  During the school year, our Dinner at BEACH  gathering offers comfortable fellowship and great food! There’s something for everyone: small groups and classes for adults; Children's special learning & fun activities; and “FUSION”, our awesome small group experience for mid-high students.  There’s also quality childcare for children age 0-4.

3

Attend a Core Class.

Another great way to connect at BEACH is by signing up for a Core Class (Classes).  Want to find out what's at the heart of BEACH? These core classes explore our church, God, our purpose in life and spiritual growth for everyday living. Give one a try.

4

Join a Volunteer team.

Be part of something bigger than yourself. Use your gifts and experiences to serve others and develop friendships on the team along the way. Visit our Volunteer/Serve page or our Mission page for more information.

5

Attend a special Event.

There's always something going on at Beach -- Special events, retreats, classes and more. Try one out.
