WEDNESDAY EVENINGS AT BEACH

SCHEDULE

5:00-9:00         Childcare provided for preschoolers

5:00-9:00         Supervision for elementary children

5:15-6:30         Dinner served (starts 9/1)

6:30-9:30         Small groups and ministry meetings

6:45-8:15         High school small groups (off campus)

7:00-8:00         Sanctuary choir rehearsal

 DINNER

Enjoy a delicious hot entrée, salad bar, soup/baked potato bar, desserts, and beverages.  Special children’s menu is available.  Reservations must be made on the bulletin tear-off response card or through the church office by Monday noon at ext. 232.  Cost: $6 age 10 - adult, $3 age 3-9, $20 family cap, free for age 0-2.  Make new friends – visit with old friends – eat together with your small group!

CHILDREN

Childcare is provided throughout the evening for preschoolers. Elementary children are provided with supervision while parents are in small groups and/or meetings.

SANCTUARY CHOIR

Rehearsals are in room 1103, for persons who want to serve God through providing musical leadership in traditional worship services.

SMALL GROUPS

Come enjoy eating dinner together and then having your weekly gathering (as space allows), or just enjoy fellowship and then  go to other activities.
