We have partnered with the YMCA to prevent Diabetes. This 24-session program includes one-hour weekly sessions facilitied by a trained lifestyle coach. The program covers nutrition, physical activity, and behavior modification to help those who are at risk of developing type 2 Diabetes maintain a healthier lifestyle and achieve their goals.
