Cheryl Griffis
Cheryl began her career at BEACH in 2006 – first serving in Children’s Ministry – then transitioned into administration and operations in 2007. Her business education and background in finance, human resources and property management in the corporate world have allowed her to find her “sweet spot” of service and ministry on the BEACH team.
Cheryl is passionate about Costa Rica and the BEACH mission efforts through Faithful Servant Missions (FSM) and Pura Vida Missions. She helps organize and lead annual mission trips to San Ramon where she works hand in hand with other missionaries from BEACH teaching the people of San Ramon about the love of Christ.
She is married to the “love of her life”, Dewayne, and they are proud parents to Carleigh (a graduate student) and Matthew.
Outside of church, you will find the Griffis’ enjoying good times with their children, family and friends. They enjoy traveling, music, food and college football. "Go Gamecocks!"
